Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Artiroom. This policy explains our 14-day money-back guarantee, how credits are handled, and how to request a refund.

1.14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first-time purchase of a subscription plan or a one-time credit pack. If Artiroom isn’t right for you, email support@artiroom.com within 14 days of the purchase and we’ll refund the amount you paid, processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

The guarantee is meant for genuine evaluation. We may decline or reduce a refund if a substantial portion of the included credits has already been consumed, or in cases of evident abuse of this policy.

2.Automatic credit refunds on failed generations

Artiroom reserves the required credits before each generation runs. If a job fails for a technical reason, those reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance — you are never charged credits for output you did not receive. No action is needed on your part. If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact support and we’ll make it right.

3.What is not refundable

  • credits that have already been consumed to generate or edit content;
  • recurring subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window (cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge); and
  • purchases where the money-back guarantee has been used abusively.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to paid features and remaining credits until then.

4.How to request a refund

Email support@artiroom.com from the address associated with your account, with your order or receipt details and a brief reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

5.Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

6.Your consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. Colombian consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) under Ley 1480 for certain purchases, and consumers in other regions may have additional non-waivable rights. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
